1. Making connections that count - Networking, Introductions, Small Talk, Follow-up.
2. Business Dinning - Table setting, utensils, resting, finished, course transitions, paying, drinks.
The goal is to help participants understand the impact first impressions make on the success of a business as well as understanding how to do this in an efficient manner.
